Healthy Micro-Habits is a self-paced course that gives busy moms a basic starting point on their health journey without overhauling their life or throwing their already hectic schedule into chaos. Micro-Habits are about the little successes and victories that, over time, add up to lasting and sustainable habits.
Healthy Micro-Habits isn't about starting another program, going on another diet, or following a strict regimen. There's no need to rearrange your life or carve out chunks of time (unless you want to). In addition to giving busy moms a starting point, Micro-Habits help create consistency, most can be done in 5 minutes (or less), it helps with support and accountability, and helps you learn to celebrate each victory and success. The Healthy Micro-Habits Mini-Course is about helping you get started on your journey in a way that works for you.

Nutrition coaching dives into the fundamentals of what it takes to make lasting changes in your eating habits. Nutrition isn't only about losing weight or fueling your body. It also affects your mental and emotional health as well. By changing your nutrition habits, you're creating a lifetime of health and wellness with each bite.
Food is going to be a part of your life, no matter where you go. If you get sick, you're fatigued, stressed with work, kids are driving you crazy....you are still going to need to put food into your body. Why not make healthy food choices a regular part of your life? With our 3 or 6 Month Nutrition Coaching Programs, we start with the basics of good nutrition (3 Months), or go into a deep dive of behavior change, support, accountability, and even celebration (6 Months) to give you the tools you'll need to make healthy nutrition choices automatic and work best for you.

Health Coaching helps you change your habits and reach your goals. A one-size-fits-all approach to your health and wellness isn't a realistic strategy and our Health Coaching Programs look at you as a unique individual with your own needs and wants. A whole-person approach is the best way to meet your nutrition, movement, and stress-management needs.
Our 3 Month Program starts you off with the basics of setting goals, determining motivation, support and accountability when it comes to your nutrition, movement, and stress management. The 6 Month Program takes a deeper look at the bigger picture. Not only do we explore your "why" when it comes to your health and wellness goals, we also pursue HOW best to achieve those goals. What works for someone else may not work for you, and our coaching program helps you design an action plan tailored specifically to your health needs.
