I am a wife. I am a mom. I am a business owner. I am involved in my community, and with my family.
I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Nutrition Coach.
I was exhausted all the time. I wanted to be healthier. I wanted to lose weight. And I wanted to be more active in my own life. But the demands of family, work, and daily commitments made it feel impossible to fit ONE MORE THING into my schedule.
Starting ANOTHER diet, ANOTHER exercise routine, ANOTHER program felt daunting, and to be honest, I was tired of failing.
But I learned how to start incorporating behavior change that lasts, how to shift my mindset, and how to create habits that work with MY schedule without having to rearrange my life.
