My Story

MEET Denice

I am that Over-Worked and Over-Whelmed mom who needed to make better health choices.

I am a wife, a mother, and a business owner. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and I have been a practicing massage therapist for the past twelve years.

Use this area to tell your story. Talk about your failure when you first started looking for a solution. Maybe there was a conspiracy against you, a false belief, a misunderstanding.

I understand the stress of working, taking care of a family, and if there are any scraps of time left in the day, trying to take care of yourself, as well.

But with Health and Nutrition Coaching, my approach to wellness changed! It gave me the building blocks to create healthy habits in my already hectic life without rearranging my entire schedule to do so.


I learned to start asking important questions of myself, not just "Do I want to lose weight, exercise more, be healthier?"

My questions became, "What does changing my health look like? What behaviors need to change or be added to my life to reach my health goals? How does changing my behavior fit into my life when I have so many obligations on my plate already?"


I didn't want to start another program. I didn't want to follow another diet. I didn't want to begin another exercise routine that ultimately left me feeling worse than before because I wasn't able to stick with it.

I needed something DIFFERENT! The same old thing wasn't working for me. I started out with good intentions, but eventually (and usually sooner rather than later) the chaotic life of a busy mom would always interfere with my best efforts.

And as I studied health, nutrition, and behavior change

...I realized the All or Nothing approach was sabotaging my efforts...

and there is an easier way to make lasting changes without rearranging your life!
